The Ocean Breeze is a 1 bedroom, air-conditioned bungalow directly on the ocean with an amazing, direct view of the North Shore with your own personal deck and outdoor shower. The perfect spot for wedding mooners or romantic couples alike! (30 day minimum rental, contact us for questions) Tastefully and beautifully furnished with a California King Bed with high thread count linens, full size sofa sleeper, full size refrigerator, all kitchen and cooking utensils, microwave, high end pots & pans, flat screen HDTV, complimentary wireless high speed internet, on-site laundry facility, outdoor grill and picnic area and Zen like Koi pond. The base rate applies for up to 2 occupants. Additional occupants incur applicable per person/per day fee.

Endless activities include snorkeling, swimming, lounging on beach (complimentary beach chairs), fishing, hiking, watching sunsets, enjoying our on-site gardens, surfing and body boarding in winter months along with whale watching and so much more right out your front door. With 2 local grocery stores nearby, you won't even need to leave the beach side property! Aloha!

Single Unit: One day charge
Multi Unit: One day charge for every unit booked
60 days or less prior to arrival
Cancellation fee: 100%. No Cash Refunds
Cancellation Fees For Vehicles Within 7 Days of Arrival: $50
Deposit Policy
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: On Oahu, the City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement for properties outside of resort-zoned areas. Call, text or WhatsApp +1 808 800 1137.
At less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to card securely on file with a notice sent prior to final charge.
Seasonal Rates Vary.
Rates will vary based on season & low or high travel dates for Oahu.
Additional guests beyond the base number of guests defined for a specific rental will incur a $45 per day fee.

cozy place, so close to the beach, didn't need to drive or go anywhere else. if you plan on going to the PCC, it's literally a 2 minute walk. so easy access to all the food and shops there. will definitely stay here again.
