Deposit Policy
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: On Oahu, the City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement for properties outside of resort-zoned areas. Call, test or WhatsApp +1 808 800 1137.
At less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to card securely on file with a notice sent prior to final charge.

What a great stretch of beach to enjoy during our stay. Turtle and whale watching was easy during the month of January. Myself, 3 kids, wife and brother-in-law all fit nicely and slept comfortably in the big beds with nice pillows. Small kitchen was perfect for a 3-day stay but could be an issue if you are looking to cook 3 meals a day for an extended day. Only hiccup, there's a kitchen farm next door so plenty rooster crows (which were barely audible with the window AC units on), but had to keep up with the flies when opening the sliding door to the patio. Luckily there was a fly swatter provided and it became quite the game for the entire family 🙂

Papaya-Hale was absolutely perfect for us for a family vacation. The location on the North Shore was perfect- easy access to so many beaches and activities. Ray and Azlina were quick to communicate and very accommodating! The distance from the beach was wonderful and made walks on and quick swims in the ocean so easy. I highly recommend Tikki Moon Villas!

Beautiful place inside and out. Very comfortable. The place is very close to the highway and you could not hear a sound from the inside; it is like a little sanctuary. When we were there it was an exceptionally windy day and we felt very sheltered and could not hear a sound. The beds and the day bed in the living room are super comfortable too. Conveniently located near a grocery store and easy food chains as well. Great place to stay.
