Deposit Policy
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: On Oahu, the City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement for properties outside of resort-zoned areas. Call, test or WhatsApp +1 808 800 1137.
At less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to card securely on file with a notice sent prior to final charge.

We enjoyed our stay. It was lovely. The cottage is nicely appointed and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the AC in the three sleeping spaces - as much for cutting the humidity as for blocking highway and rooster noise. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the backyard with its stunning ocean views. Walking the beach in the morning and wading in bathtub beach we’re added bonuses. .

Everything about this apartment was so beautiful - the location, the interior design, the courtyard, the sunrise, the beach and even the nearby jurassic park mountains. My family and I were very happy to have found this place for our stay in Oahu. We booked 2 places on this island to make the commute easier between visiting places on the south side and north side (traffic gets bad in Oahu). We enjoyed this one waaay more than our rental in Waikiki as it felt more serene and peaceful here. It’s conveniently in walking distance from the polynesian cultural center and within 3 minute drive from a Foodland.

The location is excellent, the beach is the best to wake up to, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach chairs were provided and we used them daily! The space was ample, comfortable, and attractive. The PCC is directly across the street with many food options at the Hukilau Marketplace. Communication was quick and we felt well taken care of. We are telling everyone about this place.

This place is an overall oasis! 11/10 would recommend.
When we arrived and weren't for sure where to park the staff member was there right away to answer questions! After that you are left to enjoy your stay uninterrupted, while seeing staff around easy enough if you need anything! All the other guests were friendly, and in our experience, they spent time doing excursions more than spending time at the airbnb! The property and beach are gorgeous, they provide nice beach chairs, boogyboards, lots to have a fun day there without traveling! The Polynesian Center is right across the street with a bunch more to do! When we come back to Oahu this is where we will stay!

Pros: The property itself is beautiful and very well kept. There are multiple bungalow and there is plenty of outdoor seating and lounging areas. The beach section was beautiful and we took a bunch of pictures. Also, a perfect place to see the sun rise. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with most of the things you need to cook and eat.
Cons: Unfortunately you can’t pick your neighbors and it appears they have tried to put up barriers to resolve the issue, however, next door there is a large rundown house that houses a significant amount of roosters and chickens that never ever stop clucking.....we maybe got about 3 hours of sleep (with the windows shut) and when we were trying to relax on the beach at night it’s all we heard.
