Single Unit: $250
Multi Unit: $250/unit
60 days or less prior to arrival
Cancellation fee: 100%. No Cash Refunds

Deposit Policy
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: On Oahu, the City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement for properties outside of resort-zoned areas. Call, test or WhatsApp +1 808 800 1137.
At less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to card securely on file with a notice sent prior to final charge.

cozy place, so close to the beach, didn't need to drive or go anywhere else. if you plan on going to the PCC, it's literally a 2 minute walk. so easy access to all the food and shops there. will definitely stay here again.
