Deposit Policy
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: On Oahu, the City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement for properties outside of resort-zoned areas. Call, test or WhatsApp +1 808 800 1137.
At less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to card securely on file with a notice sent prior to final charge.

5月30日から6月2日にかけて滞在しました。まず挙げられるのは、ほぼ貸し切り状態の美しいビーチです。
ヴィラの海側には広々としたラナイがあり、テーブルと椅子、そしてフルフラットにも出来るビーチチェアが設置されています。海とビーチを一望できるラナイは何時間いても飽きません。
庭の芝生は丁寧に手入れされていて、野鳥や鶏がくつろいでいます。
内外ともに、とても清潔です。
ヴィラのラナイ側からビーチまでは20歩くらいでしょうか。ワイキキとは違う、人がいない澄んだ海は、ホノルル方面とは違う魅力に溢れていて、本当に来てよかったと思わせてくれます。
夜はビーチチェアに寝転んで、何時間も星を眺めて過ごしました。ここでしか出来ない経験をしたと思います。
ヴィラの中ではキッチンが充実していて、僕らはfood landで買ってきたステーキやポルトガルソーセージを調理して食べました。大きくて清潔な、アメリカサイズの冷蔵庫もすてきです。
注意点としては、シャワー、トイレ、洗面所は、日本人にとっては割と簡素なものです。あと、日が暮れてからのチェックインだと車を停める場所や、入ってから電灯のスイッチを見つけるのに苦労するかもしれません。
ハワイの美しい自然に触れてみたいなら、ぜひライエまで出かけることをおすすめします。ガーリックシュリンプが有名なカフクも近いですよ。

Good beach front house, although the beach was pretty windy while we were there so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we’d like to (don’t know if the wind is seasonal...)
The house next door has roosters, so bring earplugs; you can also hear your neighbors. Also three chatty cats lived outside our room, so be aware if you have allergies...which I do have.
The layout of the room was odd. The door enters to the bedroom, then in the back of the house is the kitchen where the AC is located. We had the bedroom doors and windows open, therefore the noise and heat were a little bothersome.
Plenty of clean towels, bedding was clean enough. All the soaps were diluted, with body wash / and shampoo in the same dispenser. Big washer and dryer though, which was convenient.
Overall a good stay in the North Shore, across the street from the Polynesian Cultural Center.
