Deposit Policy
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: On Oahu, the City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement for properties outside of resort-zoned areas. Call, test or WhatsApp +1 808 800 1137.
At less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to card securely on file with a notice sent prior to final charge.

Perfect location! Perfect everything! We’ve stayed on the Laie Point beach area 3 times now and this place is our fav! The parking is a bit tight, but we managed all week just fine. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful bungalow! Clean, with all amenities. Nice King bed. We were visiting a granddaughter attending BYUH. The location was perfect, close to food and shops, and PCC. The landscape was beautiful, restful, and spacious, with many outdoor chairs and loungers. Koi pond in beautiful setting. The property is older, but well maintained. The beach is fantastic. Cannot say enough praises for the beach. Best beach location ever. 5 stars!
