Single Unit: $250
Multi Unit: $250/unit
60 days or less prior to arrival
Cancellation fee: 100%. No Cash Refunds
Cancellation Fees For Vehicles Within 7 Days of Arrival: $50
Deposit Policy
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: On Oahu, the City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement for properties outside of resort-zoned areas. Call, test or WhatsApp +1 808 800 1137.
At less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to card securely on file with a notice sent prior to final charge.
