Deposit Policy
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: On Oahu, the City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement for properties outside of resort-zoned areas. Call, text or WhatsApp +1 808 800 1137.
At less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to card securely on file with a notice sent prior to final charge.

Rates will vary based on season & low or high travel dates for Oahu.
Additional guests beyond the base number of guests defined for a specific rental will incur a $45 per day fee.

This villa was stunning with a great location and they had extra amenities for snorkling and sand castles.
Very close to grocery stores and markets that were amazing.
Our only issues was the miscommunication on vehicles. We thought we had a vehicle rented through them, and it was confirmed on 2 separate occasions but then I kept getting automatic emails asking if I wanted to book the vehicle I had already booked.
At the end of the day the hosts were able to figure it out but it was very stressful 72 hours before heading to our destination and finding out we didn’t have a vehicle anymore.
The price was a little high for this location compared to others but the for the baby and wheelchair accessibility, private beach and full service kitchen we would pay it again.
Our stay was fairly nice however, it was not as good as we had expected. The floors were sticky. The local front location is a bit of an oversell. It is in a reasonably convenient location and we found the outdoor shower and laundry and dryer extremely useful. Keep in mind that one bathroom shared between 3 couples may be difficult. Overall the stay had its pros and cons.
Place was right next to beach we could walk up to the beach every morning which was exactly what we wanted. Polynesian cultural center was right next to the place and plenty of places to eat and go to nearby. The space outside was amazing grounds were beautiful. The inside of the Airbnb was a bit tight. But overall this was the perfect place for us.
What a great stretch of beach to enjoy during our stay. Turtle and whale watching was easy during the month of January. Myself, 3 kids, wife and brother-in-law all fit nicely and slept comfortably in the big beds with nice pillows. Small kitchen was perfect for a 3-day stay but could be an issue if you are looking to cook 3 meals a day for an extended day. Only hiccup, there's a kitchen farm next door so plenty rooster crows (which were barely audible with the window AC units on), but had to keep up with the flies when opening the sliding door to the patio. Luckily there was a fly swatter provided and it became quite the game for the entire family :)

Papaya-Hale was absolutely perfect for us for a family vacation. The location on the North Shore was perfect- easy access to so many beaches and activities. Ray and Azlina were quick to communicate and very accommodating! The distance from the beach was wonderful and made walks on and quick swims in the ocean so easy. I highly recommend Tikki Moon Villas!
Beautiful place inside and out. Very comfortable. The place is very close to the highway and you could not hear a sound from the inside; it is like a little sanctuary. When we were there it was an exceptionally windy day and we felt very sheltered and could not hear a sound. The beds and the day bed in the living room are super comfortable too. Conveniently located near a grocery store and easy food chains as well. Great place to stay.
