"Papaya Coco" is made up of two of our bungalows, Papaya 3 and Coco Studio, both beach side homes with garden and ocean view. Ideal for a larger family traveling together. The base price covers up to 7 occupants. Maximum occupancy is 10. Additional occupants incur a daily per person fee.
Papaya boasts a private patio with direct access to the beach front and ocean. This 3-bedroom vacation home on the North Shore is tastefully furnished with full size refrigerator, contains an array of kitchen and cooking utensils, an eight-person dining table, microwave, pots & pans, flat screen HDTV, streaming channels, free wireless high-speed internet, complimentary washer & dryer with detergent and softener, outdoor grill and picnic area and amazing Koi ponds.
Coco Studio beach bungalow is a stand-alone studio home, adjacent to Papaya. Beautifully furnished and spacious studio bungalow with a large private patio and beach access from the gardens and ocean view is only ninety feet from our sandy beach front. The Coco Bungalow is air-conditioned and spaciously fitted with island wood craft furnishings, California King Bed with high thread count linens, full size sofa sleeper, full kitchen with a range, refrigerator, and an array of cooking utensils, microwave oven, stainless pots & pans, flat screen HDTV, complimentary wireless internet, on-site laundry facility, outdoor grill and picnic area and beautiful Koi ponds.

Deposit Policy
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: On Oahu, the City and County of Honolulu regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement for properties outside of resort-zoned areas. Call, text or WhatsApp +1 808 800 1137.
At less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to card securely on file with a notice sent prior to final charge.

Rates will vary based on season & low or high travel dates for Oahu.
Additional guests beyond the base number of guests defined for a specific rental will incur a $45 per day fee.
